After researching almost two dozen puppy/dog training companies and speaking directly with Brianna, we decided to hire Pack Academy, LLC and our expectations were exceeded by far. It was clear throughout my first phone conversation with Brianna that she was extremely knowledgeable, and her training practices are rooted in relevant and reliable research. During the conversation, it was also clear that she was very authentic about wanting to help us do what was best for our new puppy (Milo). Today, we had our first private session, and it was extremely successful! Just after our first session, Milo was beginning to respond to his name and follow a few basic commands. We also had trouble getting him crate trained and using his bed, but now he is able to enter the crate without a hassle and he napped in his bed for the first time! Throughout the session, Brianna also trained us on her training practices and provided invaluable advice and tips to help us continue training Milo on our own prior to the next private session. She also allowed us to record our session with her to ensure we could review what was learned, a pleasant surprise. In our conversation immediately after our session today, it was evident that Brianna is committed to teaching us how to raise and train Milo. My Golden Retriever Shaggy was part of a 1 month boarding training program for dogs over 1y old. I was impressed by the work that Brianna and Jeannine did with Shaggy, it was really effective. I’ve already spread the word about their work to my friends and strong recommend their service to anyone who is welcoming a puppy at home. They are really experts and have a great ability to assess dog’s personality traits.
