Why are the dogs outside in cold weather, and rain with no shelter over them? They are crying cause they are so cold.
Melissa, We hand walk every dog outside into a run area, so that they can use the bathroom and have some play time. The doggies are on a 20 to 30 minute rotation depending on the weather. If it is extremely cold outside that time is cut to 10 to 15 minutes. During their time outside, we take time to clean and sanatize their indoor kennels. All the doggies go out at least 5 to 7 times a day. Many of our dogs look similar to one another and can sometimes seem like one dog has been out to long. You are always welcome to come check out our facility and play with some puppies. We love having visitors. I hope this cleared up you concern. Thank you for caring enough to ask, we love that people care as much about the doggies as we do.

At the end of May i placed my 2 year old bullmastiff puppy under their care for basic obedience boarding training. 2 weeks later the owner Tommy Dillon called me to tell me my puppy had died. After an autopsy the cause of death was determined to be heat stroke. I repeat, my dog DIED OF HEAT STROKE WHILE UNDER THEIR CARE!! After expressing his condolences he said he would refund me the training fee of $1250. Two months later I haven't seen a dime. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I brought my 2 year old Bullmastiff to the Canine Unleashed location in Lexington at the end of May. On June 16th, a little over 2 weeks later, the owner, Tommy, called my husband to tell us that he had suddenly died. We immediately drove there to pick up our beloved boy and brought him to Blue Pearl Animal Hospital for an autopsy. A week later the results were back, my puppy died of a heat stroke. We sent the results to Tommy and received his condolences and a promise to have the $1300 training fee returned to us. We have yet to see the refund and haven’t heard from him since. Our first baby is due at the end of this year, and the only reason we trusted this facility with our boy was so that we could confidently introduce him to our family’s newest addition. Unfortunately my baby will never know this sweet, funny dog that my husband and I miss every day.
This is a really cool program I recommend anyone to stop by that's interested in the program.
