Why are the dogs outside in cold weather, and rain with no shelter over them? They are crying cause they are so cold.
Melissa, We hand walk every dog outside into a run area, so that they can use the bathroom and have some play time. The doggies are on a 20 to 30 minute rotation depending on the weather. If it is extremely cold outside that time is cut to 10 to 15 minutes. During their time outside, we take time to clean and sanatize their indoor kennels. All the doggies go out at least 5 to 7 times a day. Many of our dogs look similar to one another and can sometimes seem like one dog has been out to long. You are always welcome to come check out our facility and play with some puppies. We love having visitors. I hope this cleared up you concern.
