Mrs. Limon, my name is Marty Vielma and I am the owner of Canines In Action Academy. I would like to address your review base on your comment which, you stated everything felt cold base on our hospitality. Mrs. Limon on the day your brought your dogs for boarding and daycare, I took the liberty to talk with my staff who assisted you and took custody of your dogs on that first day of arrival. I then reviewed the business security video of that same day and it was consistent to what my staff informed as to what had happened. I observed and heard all the communication between you and my staff. My staff were observed taken custody of your dogs as they were trained and as per business policy that is in place for the safety of both, staff and dogs, that are left in our care. I as well heard my staff answering your questions as they are trained to do as they escorted you to talk to the office staff. They informed your that due to business policies they could not authorize your demands. When you made contact with the front office staff, you were informed that certain demands were unable to be grant at the time because I was not onsite at that moment. On video you were observed disliking and became upset because my staff did not go against business policy. Mrs. Limon, you proceeded to slam your dog's belonging on our front desk to show that you were upset and attempted to use intimidation tactics along with rude comments. Then, proceed to tell my staff that you did not like the way that one of your dogs was taken back to the daycare areas, by stated that my daycare staff used in your own words " A STUPID THING!" to take your dog to the daycare area. The equipment that was used is called a slip lead that we use to walk dogs from area to area to avoid dogs coming out of their own collars that their owners have them on since, the majority of the time are left too loose on their dogs which causes a dog to run away. Especially dogs like your dogs who are very nervous and if they would have gotten loose they both would run away due to being in a new environment. Mrs. Limon you continued to then cry and tell my staff that your were under stress due to personal reasons and that's why you were having a hard time parting away from your dogs. My staff was observed telling that they understood that for some dog owners its hard to be away from their dogs and they sympathy with you because we all here are dog owners and our dogs are part of our family. Your dog was then brought back to you upon your request to the front office, Mrs. Limon seconds after you change your mind and told my staff that you will be leaving your dogs at our location after all and my staff again took custody of your dogs and you were seen on video leaving happy and smiling. This morning Mrs. Limon when you arrived to pick up your dogs, it is seen how my staff brought your dogs to you and you can see them both very happy as well as your self as you took custody of them. You thank our staff and even our administration manager was there to see if you had any other questions or concerns about our services and you did not voice any. So I believe that based on how well your dogs looked and reacted when they saw you and the professional way my staff treated you and your dogs I see that its was not the care service that you are giving us a low review, but because my staff did not carter to your requests again that at that time they were not able to do that got you upset. Mrs. Limon as a business owner I take pride in serving my clients as much as my staff takes pride in looking after all the dogs that come to visit or stay. One thing that is true that in all businesses you will always have that client that feels that rules don't apply to them and should be broken just for paying for a service. I want to thank all my staff for the hard work and keep up that good work.
