CANIS - Dog Behavior & Training

I took my 1 year old West German Show Lines German Shepherd Rip to Canis to solve his reactivity issues. After meeting the owner Brent and the trainer, Kaitlin, I felt very comfortable leaving Rip in a 4-week boarding & train program. I came back once a week to train with Rip and and see how he had progressed. Kaitlyn, the trainer, developed a very strong bond with Rip. She has taught him to have great manners, and give him the confidence that a well train dog should possess. Kaitlin's talents as a dog trainer is very evident and I highly recommend her as a trainer for anyone who is looking for their dog to be properly trained. Her bond with my German Shepherd is undeniable and I will continue my dogs ongoing training with her. Thank you Kaitlin!

CANIS is an amazing place to send your dogs for some training. We came across CANIS when I was pregnant in a high risk pregnancy with a 1 year old golden/husky. I was scared I would have to give up my dog. When I spoke to the owner in the assessment it was with him and Jamie, wow. I left in tears. I knew it was an investment we didn’t have the funds but we worked hard for it. Fast forward time Jamie has been an absolute amazing trainer for Rex. Also, an amazing person to work with. I can ask her anything, nothing is a dume question, holding me and rex accountable. Thank you to Jamie and CANIS my baby girl has a best friend forever.
