CMDT trainers are available for the duration of the group class, as well as after the classes have completed for questions/help via your Online Portal or Mobile App. Tuesday through Friday, 10:30AM-4:30PM. This ‘help line’ is offered FREE for all club members, attendees of group classes, and graduates of group classes, for as long as you have an active account. <br><br>At the end of every group class we mention to send any questions/issues etc. and we would be glad to assist. ‘Don’t go it alone, I love questions’ is stated weekly by our head trainer. Showing up early to a group class is also offered for in person help. To date, since your first class October 18th 2025 up until now, we have received zero questions from you. <br><br>Also, you did not attend all the classes. Nor did you message to make these classes up. We offer two FREE makeup classes, per group class. Either by joining another class, for the class(es) missed, or a 30min private makeup with a trainer. <br><br>Being supportive and utilizing the support that exists are two different things. We cannot help if we do not know. <br><br>Obedience I group class; Dog learning theory, training mechanics, desensitization, and obedience cues- Sit, Down, Leave it, Wait, Stay, and Recall are started. This is an entry level course designed to give you the knowledge and basic skills to be successful in training these obedience cues and managing your pup. At six mons of age, Ranger was not too young for this class, nor any of our other entry level classes. <br><br>I am sad to see this review, as this probably means you are not successful with Ranger, currently. He was a great pup, smart and fun to work with and such a handsome fella.
