About Capitol Canine Training Club
Welcome! The Capitol Canine Training Club (CCTC) conducts classes for the training of dogs and their handlers and holds AKC dog performance events. The Capitol Canine Dog Sports (CCDS) holds non-AKC dog performance events. The CCTC and CCDS work together to promote cooperation and good sportsmanship among its members in the training and exhibition of dogs.

Obedience 102 is $90 and limited to 8 students. Dogs must complete Obedience 101. This class prepares teams for the AKC CGC and Beginner Novice tests by adding distractions, distance, and duration to key skills. Email [email protected] or visit our Contact page to register.
Obedience 101 is for dogs 6 months+ and costs $90. Dogs learn sit, down, stay, stand, come, and loose-leash walking using AKC-style methods. Great for future competitors or family pets! Handlers (age 12+) must attend all classes. Daily practice & proof of immunizations required.
