Carol was a life saver!!! I had just gotten a new puppy and was completely overwhelmed! She talked to me for a really long time--longer than she had to--just to make sure that I was comfortable. All of her correspondence is professional and very kind. She is extremely knowledgeable and sincerely wants to share her knowledge and experience with her clients. Moreover, she did not endorse any products and simply shared what had worked for her. She even sent me materials after our session and invited me to ask her further questions!!! She definitely changed the course of my puppy training and our household is running much smoother thanks to Carol!!!

Carol is hands down the most knowledgeable trainer and dog behaviorist I've met. I attended her Basic Manners course with my puppy who has anxiety. Carol is very experienced working with anxious dogs, answers all of your questions and gives great advice on things you can practice at home to address any behavior issues. I've emailed her outside of the class to ask for help and she's been very responsive and willing to help. I'm so grateful I attended her classes, I highly recommend going to Carol for any dog training or behavior issues you're facing.

We have used Carol's services on two separate occasions for our rescued dogs. Her ability to assess the dog and provide an insight to the origins of their behavior and provide workable solutions to try has been amazing.
