Very good experience using Castle House kennels. Very clean facilities. Sending a pet/family member off for months can be tough but with Castle House I was assured my dog was in good hands. Through my 4 month experience I observed that every dog was treated as if they were part of the Castle House family. The shop/ kennel area was very organized and every dog had what they needed. Colter kept me updated on my dogs progress and if my dog needed anything. As far as the training, I am beyond impressed. My dog is a lot further along than I expected for 10 months old. This training has given me and my dog a strong foundation to build from and improve. Colter was very professional and you can genuinely tell he wants your dog to be the best it can be. I know I can always reach out to Castle house for any tips or opinions. Over all, it was a great experience and I would recommend Castle House to anyone.

I couldn't have found a better trainer than Colter Thompson with Castle House Kennels. He has been very helpful from the moment I talked to him the first time throughout the process of the training. My dog has been through Basic obedience training and Advanced obedience training. I couldn't be more happier with the results of the training. My dog can do many commands off leash. I would highly recommend Colter.

Mr. Thompson and his family are very pleasant and professional to work with. Castle House Kennels also has a state of the art facility to keep dogs accommodated for long lengths of time. I sent my lab to them in July of 2020 and picked him up in December of 2020. Whilst visiting for training sessions here and there, and simply just missing my dog, i could see the progress being made with every session. Now that i have my dog at home i couldn’t be happier with the obedience he has obtained. We are continuing retriever training at home and i am looking forward to seeing his hard work pay off in the duck hole soon. Colter is not just a dog trainer but a good friend to have for a lifetime. I would highly recommend using Castle House Kennels for all of your training needs.

Colter at Castle House was amazing. We got our puppy girl from him two weeks ago at 14 weeks. She had to stay a little longer with him due to some unusual circumstances we had. She’s a perfect companion. She already sits, shakes, goes down, and stays. She sleeps all night in her crate! Has only had 5 potty accidents in the two weeks we’ve had her. She’s a gem! So smart and calm. Our friends and family have commented they have never seen a puppy so calm! We love her tremendously! Highly recommend Castle House!

Castle House Kennels was excellent to work with through the entire process. From initial inquiry about availabilty to the day we drove away with our new puppy Castle House made the process simple. Castle House has superior dogs for purchase but their value comes in knowing you are dealing with a class act breeder that truly cares for this breed. Update 8.17.2021 We just returned from picking up our dog from Castle House Kennels after a month of obedience training with Colter Thompson. This dog is doing fantastic. For once in my life I can walk our dog around the block instead of the dog dragging me. What an absolute joy to have a trained well mannered dog. Thank you Castle House.
