We have a 4 yr old border collie 50 lbs who is wonderful with people but becomes aggressive around other dogs, especially by her house. She was attacked by two german shepards and has not been dog friendky since. Can she be retrained?

Hired Cathy to help me with a few of my Golden Retrievers issues, and in 3 sessions I have a whole new dog. Cathy is very dedicated, caring, and really loves the dogs she works with. Couldn’t recommend enough!
From our first meeting to our last session, Cathy was amazing. My puppy learned so much each week and his behavior is much improved. I was impressed with her patience and command of the situation. Additionally, the puppy socials she hosts have been a great benefit to my pup. I would recommend Cathy to anyone in need of a great dog trainer!
Cathy has been so incredible to work with. We rescued an abused dog who was very shy and wasn't trained in any way, including on the leash. Cathy gave us lots of great tips just in the initial phone call and home evaluation before we even hired her! Cathy's services are well worth the money and have greatly transformed our dog.

I cannot say enough good things about Cathy's Canines. I adopted Roxy, an Australian Cattle Dog mix, at 5 months old. She was poorly behaved and scared of other dogs and humans. After trying out one other trainer (and talking to several more), I selected Cathy -- I only wish I had gone with her all along. After a few training sessions and attendance at the Saturday Socials, Roxy is a new pup. She's more confident, assertive and, overall, is very well trained. In fact, I had a lot of family in town this Christmas (including my parent's doodle pup) and Roxy was great the entire time with both the humans and dog. Beyond the great results, Cathy is just a wonderful human being. She is very pleasant and it's obvious she really cares about the dogs she trains. If you're looking for a dog trainer, I highly recommend Cathy's Canines.
