Cave Creek K9 Training

I have an 18 month old German Shepherd that I got 2 months ago with no obedience training. I have been working with Rodd (on a weekly basis) and she now knows to sit, down, place, recall, and heels well on walks. Rodd has been instrumental in helping to teach me to work with her to master these skills. He is unbelievably patient and extremely knowledgeable. He makes it fun for her and I. I plan on continuing to work with him for family protection and also off leash training. It is so much fun!

His patience, calm energy, and ability to connect instantly with our puppy were nothing short of remarkable. Our puppy absolutely adores him! Rodd’s customized approach of the private lessons, combined with the flexibility of completing sessions at our home/normal environment and the use of positive reinforcement techniques, created the perfect foundation for our puppy’s growth. Under his guidance, our puppy not only mastered basic obedience commands, but also gained confidence in new situations which improved socialization. Even more importantly, this experience strengthened our bond as a family and empowered us with the knowledge and confidence to continue training effectively on our own. Cave Creek K9 Board and Train Camp (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️): Because of the transformative results we saw with Rodd during the Puppy Private Lesson Foundation Program, enrolling our puppy in the Board and Train Camp was an easy and natural next step. Entrusting our puppy to Rodd while we were away gave us complete peace of mind because of the quality of care and time we knew she would receive. We consistently received updates with heartwarming photos and videos that showcased our puppy’s accomplishments and milestones. It was amazing to see how much progress was made within the first 24 hours! His dog, Garro, whom we affectionately call “the puppy whisperer,” was an incredible mentor and playmate for our puppy during the Board and Train Camp, helping to further enhance her socialization and confidence. We are deeply grateful to Rodd for his professionalism, dedication, and care.
