We took our 1.5 year old silver lab to Rodd as we were desperate to find a solution for her constant barking at other dogs/people & inability to calm herself down. She was always on edge & we were unsure how to help her decrease her anxiety. It was stressful for our entire family & got to the point where we dreaded walking her or having people over due to her barking. Realizing that we did not have the skills or time to devote to helping her, we decided to try a Board & Train program for the first time. Rodd was extremely quick to get back to our initial inquiry and very clear on his plan to help our pup. This strong communication continued throughout the Board and Train program as he sent pictures and videos of her training progress as well as quickly answered any questions we had throughout the program. Within just a couple of weeks, we were receiving photos and videos of our dog out on calm walks and even sitting calmly at restaurants with tons of people around! While she is still a playful pup, we are so thrilled with how much Rodd was able to help her. And even more importantly, we also see how much more confident and happy our dog is now that she has more structure and less anxiety. My only complaint is that I wish we would have moved forward with a Board & Train program with Rodd months ago & we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great training program for their dog!
