FirstBarkTrainers are very helpful. My dog was very scared the first week but within 2 weeks she was having so much fun and learned a lot in just 8 weeks. They are very reasonably priced.

I have a dog-aggressive dog that we have not been able to train by ourselves and need professional help. Would you be able to help us with that and do you work with Pitbulls? I know some places don’t 🙂
Based on what you are describing, group classes would likely not be appropriate for your dog at this time. Lisa Lucas at Northern Tails Dog Training works specifically with reactivity and aggression cases, and does offer private training for all breeds.

Hey Darcy I just finished Canine Good Citizen course through Cda Dog fanciers. It was a fantastic course I highly recommend! I believe the next one will be after the holidays and sign ups in January. Information will be posted on their website

If you have a dog (young or old) that needs training, this is the place. All instructors are volunteers and love all dogs.
This dog training facility is great.
I have gone here for many classes. Good teachers, inexpensive classes, and great for my mini Aussie! She is a dominant female and was highly reactive and very difficult to train. Now she works off leash and is a completely different dog in part due to the training at CDADF. I highly recommend them!
