I cannot overstate how incredible our experience with Jenna has been. Our working line DDR has responded perfectly to her training and her overall fun, chill vibe. The positive reinforcement she provides makes him eager to learn and eager to go to school. We’ve tried other facilities with other dogs throughout the years and nothing has come close to the quality Jenna, Tiffany, and the school provides.I feel lucky we found them!

I usually do not post reviews, but dog training is not cheap. We tried two times to contact the owner about our experience and get some feedback about our training experience and how to proceed. We purchased a package for in home training. We are pretty flexible people and understand life happens, unfortunately our trainer cancelled 3 times the day of our training. We even tried to confirm the last one the day before via text never heard back until the day of the training canceling again. The owner nor our trainer was professional with getting back to us via email, phone or text. We still have one session left that we paid for and it’s two weeks later and we can not get a response back. Not a good experience at all and we did not get all of the sessions we paid for.
