Centurion Canine

Centurion Canine is amazing! We started with our 3-year-old Maltese/Coton mix, Dewey. He has always been a sweet dog, but over the past year he developed some challenging behaviors. He barked at every little sound, snarled at strangers and other dogs on walks, and had become unpredictable in certain situations. It was frustrating because it felt like nothing we did was actually communicating to him what we wanted. Our biggest fear was him biting someone or another dog if given the chance. We enrolled Dewey in the 6-week hybrid program, where he stayed for the first two weeks before transitioning to weekly sessions. The experience was incredible, and Victoria was so patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging throughout the entire process. Bringing Dewey home was an adjustment, and there were definitely moments where he tried to fall back into his old habits. But by staying consistent with what we learned, the results have been amazing. He rarely barks at noises around the house anymore, walks beautifully without pulling, and is much calmer around strangers and other dogs. He still has the occasional moment, but now we have the tools to communicate with him effectively. He understands what we're asking, responds quickly, and we feel confident handling situations that used to be really stressful. More than anything, this experience has strengthened our relationship with Dewey. We can tell he respects us more, and we understand him so much better. The training wasn't just about changing his behavior, it taught us how to communicate with our dog. We were so happy with the experience that we enrolled our 10-year-old, Dexter, as well. We couldn't recommend Centurion Canine more highly!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Centurion Canine. Our miniature dachshund used to bark at every little noise, person, or animal, and potty training felt impossible no matter what we tried. After six weeks with their training program, it’s like we have a different dog. He actually listens, hardly barks anymore, and he’s finally potty trained. It’s made such a huge difference in our day-to-day life and has made him so much more enjoyable to be around. Mariah was amazing to work with. She didn’t just train our dog, she taught us what we needed to do so we could keep up with his training at home. She was patient, easy to work with, and always willing to answer our questions. If you’re on the fence about getting your dog trained, just do it. It was worth every penny, and I’d recommend Centurion Canine to anyone looking for real results.

We had an amazing experience with the 6 week hybrid training program! Our dog, Dash went from not being potty trained and barking at every person or dog that he passed to being potty trained and quietly watching people and dogs go by! We can now take him on trips with us and not have to worry about him being reactive when anyone comes by! It has truly been life changing for us. He is now the best version of himself!
