Katerina bonded with our Willow instantly and quickly customized a puppy training program for her and us. Katerina came to our home to help us with some behavioral challenges we were having with our Jack Russell Terrier and two adult Shelties, and she was absolutely amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable and gave us practical behavior corrections that we were able to start implementing right away. She also worked with me on improving leash walking with our Jack Russell, which made an immediate difference. We wanted to bring more calm and structure to our home before welcoming a Golden Retriever puppy in a few weeks, and her guidance has been invaluable. I only wish we had reached out to her sooner! When we started, our 3-year-old Australian Shepherd was extremely reactive—lunging at people and other dogs, unable to go on walks, and we couldn’t have anyone in our home. He had even bitten someone, and we were feeling overwhelmed and out of options. She did a 35-day board and train, and the transformation has been incredible. He is truly a whole different dog—calm, manageable, and able to enjoy walks again. On top of the behavioral work, she also helped him lose 15 pounds, and he’s now at a healthy weight.
