FirstBarkDonna’s passion for what she does is very apparent in the training sessions. She is very knowledgeable and patient while making sure you know and understand the meanings behind things. She is awesome at what she does! If you are looking for someone who is dedicated to help teach not only your pup but also you, i totally recommend these classes! Donna is a god damn miracle worker! I started out with a bratty, stubborn Rottweiler and by the end of our training he has completely transformed into a smart, obedient dog.
It has been awhile since I’ve had a puppy. Donna has helped Gertie and I both through some things. We are still learning, but, we will get there.

Donna is very knowledgeable on different dog personalities and the approach to correct behaviors associated with them. My pup was super timid when we first started our sessions and is now so excited to run in and see her. He has even gotten to the point where he gets a little crazy during training and she’s great with combating that and keeping us focused. The feedback she gives you as you guide your dog in training is very beneficial. She lets you know when you’re doing something that is ineffective and gives a solution to correct it. We plan to complete additional training courses at Charlie’s after seeing the great improvement from this session.
