FLAWLESS. I dropped my dog off looking like a scruffy little gremlin and picked them up looking like they were about to walk the runway at New York Fashion Week. Clean, soft, smelling amazing, nails done, coat shining… I swear my dog had more confidence leaving than I’ve had my whole life. 🐕 TRAINING? INSANE RESULTS. Grace doesn’t “train” dogs… she performs miracles. The way she works with them is patient, professional, and unbelievably effective. It’s not just obedience—it’s real behavior improvement. Took my Shepherd, Goose, to Charlie's for board and train in their basic obedience course. Goose really needed the foundation that an experienced trainer could provide and that me and my s/o could help build on going forward. Grace did an amazing job. Goose came back a changed dog and continuing his training daily at home as been a breeze. He walks perfectly on a leash, responds well to commands, and his impulsiveness has been so much more easier to control. Thank you, Grace!
