Cherry Hoggs

I have just bought Cherry Hoggs ebook. It is absolutely amazing. What a masterpiece. I am only 80 pages in and have learnt more about ME regarding my dog in those few pages than ever before. It all makes so much sense. The value of impulse control, the 3 FFF's etc etc in order to give clear communication to your dog. I cannot wait to start a new chapter with my dogs with this incredible book alongside me. Congratulations to you all at Cherry Hoggs. Bloody brilliant! And thank you! Carolyn UK

I've been following Cherry Hoggs for over a year and love the trainer tips as well as information they provide on diet and exercise. I previously bought from Amazon a slip leash for my dogs as well as my daughters dog. They did not work well at all. I saw Cherry Hoggs linked their slip leash and purchased 3. They work just as you see in his videos. No need to adjust constantly, they stay put. Happy with my purchase and I just love this company and the no nonsense approach to dog training.

We sent our golden retriever puppy to Cherry Hoggs - As a result, he is now a highly socialized, obedient almost 1 year old dog. He has never been destructive or aggressive and we credit a lot of that to the socialization he received at Cherry Hoggs. Additionally, his recall is very solid. We have met with a few of our dogs litter mates and the difference between our pup that went through Cherry Hoggs and them is very apparent as far as obedience and recall go. If we didn’t live so far away, he would be hanging with his besties all day everyday!! Can’t recommend them enough!

I know several people have asked, why in the world would you send your dog to Minnesota (we live in Texas) when I am sure there are plenty of trainers in your area. And they are right, there are plenty, BUT none that I found like Charlie and Franke. As so many people do, I was flipping through Instagram, and came across one of Charlie's videos. I was intrigued to say the least, and you know once you click on one dog video, you get a thousand more similar to it. We got Willow in Jan (she was 7wks old), for our special needs daughter, hoping she would make a great companion and possible service dog for her one day. After a few months, I knew I was going to need some help. I reached out to several different places, and to Charlie as well, and I found myself more and more drawn to his way of training over all the others I looked into. It is something about the way he uses dog psychology over anything else. Yes, treats worked, yes the e-collar worked, BUT more and more the I felt like Willow needed something else. We found some time to get Willow to Minnesota, and off we went on a long road trip. Once we got to Cherry Hoggs, Charlie met us outside the home and chatted us up for about an hour. We left out sweet baby and off we went. We stayed in town a few days, and while we were there we received several updates, they even helped with recommendations around town:) Willow stayed with them for about 4wks and in that time, we received updates, pics, videos, and things they had been working on.....we loved it. Once it was time to pick her up, again, Charlie spent about an hour or more talking to us and explaining the process on how to keep the training going at home. Once we got home, boy did I run into trouble, but Charlie was a ALWAYS a phone call away. He doesn't just hand you back your dog and say "good luck." They hand you back the dog and say, please call anytime about anything and let us help you walk thru the issues. I have called and texted a lot since Willow has been home, and they maybe don't get back with you that day, BUT they will get back with you. They want you and your dog to succeed. They want you and your dog to be happy and content! We would definitely do it again, the same way. I do wish they were a little closer so I could see more of them, they are truly just lovely people that love dogs, and want you and your dogs to be the best they can be. Minnesota, you got some good ones with Cherry Hoggs!!! So, yes, take the time and go see them......WHEREVER you live. You and your dog will be blessed because of it.
