I did not enroll my dog here, however I did ask for information. My dog is 10 years old and at the time was 9. I disagree with the use of prong training collars, but the reason for a mid review is the repeated texts asking if I wanted private lessons etc. When I asked for information I stated I was looking for basic training and was not looking to use a prong collar on her, especially having a large fatty tumor on her throat. This feels like a money grabber business to me, but since I did not pursue training it's merely an assumption because the issues felt pushy to me just to get her in.
