We love Tracy and trust her more than anyone with our Flat-Coat. In fact, we've driven our boy 7+ hours from our home to Tracy's, just to board him with her when we've had to travel. She is so focused on and committed to the dogs' safety and well-being, and takes excellent care of them--from puppyhood to training to boarding. She is also highly-knowledgable about dogs' needs and health issues, and is our go-to source for advice on everything from leashes to training tools. Cannot recommend Tracy and Citrus Hill enough!

Speaking with Tracy Johnson was an experience. It was a brief but impactful phone call. I have been researching dog breeders for quite some time as I’m very excited to adopt a new pup. Tracy was not only rude, but offensive. I don’t really know what my past health issues have to do with owning a dog or what the state i live in has to do with it either. She asked absolutely no questions that were relevant to adopting a dog. Don’t waste your time doing business with her, she will just insult you. It really makes me wonder how she treats her pets…So be warned..do not do business with her.

Great experience from start to finish. Tracy goes above and beyond any breeder I’ve ever heard of. From teaching the puppies good behaviors to fully preparing the new owners to take their puppy home. Can’t believe my 8 weeks old puppy has better manners and habits than my neighbors 12 weeks old lab. Citrus hill is no puppy mill. TrCy is a True professional. Never seen anything like it. Can definitely see why all the dogs she owns are champions. Definitely recommend.

I wish I could give ZERO stars, but one is the least I'm able to give. We reached out to Tracy about adopting one of her puppies. She immediately was extremely unprofessional and incredibly rude. She was raising her voice and speaking very irrationally. Instead of talking about the actual dogs, she proceeded to speak to us as if we've never owned a dog before. She then told us the only reason for owning a healthy purebred is so you can trace their health history... Really? How about the people who want to take the time to adopt a healthy dog and give it a loving home? She's clearly only breeding dogs for the money and doesn't care about the animals themselves. My spouse and I both are very experienced dog owners and trainers and we did not deserve to be treated this way. She was one of the rudest most unprofessional people I've ever spoken to. DO NOT purchase or do business with her. Unless of course you like to be treated like a criminal and have a perfect stranger yell at you for wanting to add an addition to your family. She's not the kind of person you should associate with. I feel bad for anyone who crosses her path. Very rude and unprofessional and her business won't last with her attitude problems.
