Classic Canine Conduct - Indiana

We cannot recommend Laura at Classic Canine Conduct enough! When we first started looking for training for Adeline, we were honestly at a loss. After she had been attacked multiple times by off-leash dogs, she developed reactivity, and we weren’t sure how to help her or what we were doing wrong. Laura completely changed that for us. She did an amazing job with Adeline and, just as importantly, taught us how important structure, consistency, and taking control back are. We have been so impressed with Adeline’s progress and are genuinely so happy with where she is now. It was definitely hard to send our family member away for several weeks, but we had 100% trust in Laura throughout the entire process. She was incredibly responsive, kept us updated, and was always there to answer questions. When Adeline came home, Laura spent hours with us making sure we understood everything and felt comfortable continuing her training ourselves. She has continued to be just a quick text or call away. And her slip lead leashes are AMAZING! We use ours all the time. If you’re considering training with Laura, don’t wait! We are so thankful we found her and would recommend her to anyone looking for help with their dog. Adeline is happier, more confident, and we feel so much more confident as owners.

This is the best money I've ever spent. I have a 115lb doberman who could not be around anybody but me. I had sent her to a different trainer and nothing changed. I decided to try Laura and the results were clear from the minute my dog came home. I walk the dog now anywhere with no leash, people, other animals, she is not bothered by anything anymore. It’s like she was jedi mind tricked, i could not have asked for better results.

We cannot recommend Laura - Classic Canine Conduct enough. From start to finish she was amazing. Our girl was with her for 5 weeks for basic training. It was amazing to see her progress throughout her time with Laura. She is such a well behaved girl now and knows what is expected of her. The hardest part was letting her go for 5 weeks and then training ourselves once she returned. On the day of return, Laura spent hours with us to be sure we were comfortable and everyone (our dog and us) understood each other. She has since been a quick text or call away. If you’re considering training and working with Laura, don’t wait! You and your dog will be so happy. ♥️

I don’t know if there is enough amazing things to say about Classic Canine Conduct. To say this experience was more than a blessing would still be an understatement. Not only was she amazing for my dog but amazing for me personally. I did not go into the journey realizing the personal self growth that would come along with the experience. It’s only fair if your DOG has to put in the work… so do YOU! It’s not magic and it’s not some miracle… it’s hard work… and the hard stuff is what gets us to the good stuff. She walks you through this process with nothing shy of kindness and support. KNOW your dog couldn’t ever be put in better hands!!

I highly recommend Classic Canine Conduct! Laura is an amazing trainer that changed our lives forever. One of our dogs (5 year old Bichon mix) was extremely reactive all the time…with people, animals and even the wind blowing. We couldn’t take him anywhere and received complaints about his barking. Our other dog (3 year old Yorkie-Pom-Poo) is a “pandemic pup” and was never socialized. He was afraid of everything and everyone. He would nervously shake non-stop in every situation and barked at our other dog whenever he barked (which was all the time). We needed serious help! After 4 weeks of “board and train” with Classic Canine Conduct, our little fur babies not only learned how to remain calm, quiet and relaxed, they learned to “heel” perfectly during a walk and lay quietly on “place” for hours at a time without getting up, losing control, pacing anxiously or barking! As I write this, there are two very loud leaf blowers outside my window and both dogs are just chilling in their beds, without a worry in the world. This training was the most worthwhile investment and the most positive life altering decision for my family. We now have the best dogs, the tools to reinforce their training and the most peaceful home. I am so grateful and only wish we had met Laura earlier.
