If I could give Justine more than 5 stars, I would! Before training, we were STRUGGLING with Winnie constant potty accidents, jumping, nipping, not listening, and all-around puppy chaos. I run an in-home daycare, so the jumping and nipping around little kids was especially stressful, and I was honestly starting to wonder how we were going to make it all work. Then came Justine, and the difference she has made in Winnie is INCREDIBLE. She didn’t just teach Winnie commands she took the time to understand her personality and behaviors while also teaching US how to communicate with her and continue her training at home. Justine is knowledgeable, patient, supportive, and genuinely cares about the dogs she works with. I never once felt like Winnie was “just another dog.” She loved our girl like she was her own, and the progress Winnie made absolutely blew us away. We got back a more confident, responsive, well-mannered puppy AND the tools we needed to be better owners. I truly could not have asked for a better trainer. Classy Canines is the best! I came across this company when I truly needed help. Justine took in Buddy after we had a horrible experience with another trainer, and she was willing to meet us in a public setting first to evaluate him and see if he would be a good fit for her facility and boarding train program. From the start, she went above and beyond. She met all of our expectations, answered every question we had, and made me feel completely comfortable. Buddy went for an 8-week board and train, and throughout the entire process Justine sent lots of photos, videos, and updates so we always knew how he was doing. After our last experience with another dog trainer, I was nervous, but she made the entire experience amazing for me, my boyfriend, and Buddy. We were so impressed that we ended up sending our Siberian Husky as well, and he completed a 6-week board and train with her. She did phenomenal with him too. We now also bring our dogs there for boarding and anytime we need care we fully trust her with them in every way. I even drive a 3-hour round trip just to bring my dogs to her facility that alone says how much I trust her and the quality of care she provides. She has also educated me so much on dog food and dog treats more than I already knew and it’s clear she truly cares about every animal wholeheartedly. Justine is transparent, professional, down-to-earth, and genuinely passionate about what she does. Her prices are very reasonable, and I recommend her to everybody.
