I signed up my puppy for agility and they said he was the fourth dog to sign up the class and I paid that day for the services. They waited the day before I was suppose to go to them for the training and they called me and said it is a level 2 class and they couldn't have my puppy in the class. They then said when I sign him up online the class was already full then I explained I had the call recorded. Then began to back peddle saying that the train was out of town and the person I was speaking with as well was out of town. She went on to say there was a lack of communication and I then told them why would I want to work with a company that has done this. My husband said he found this to be very disappointing and they offer to either give us a refund or to wait to see if someone cancels out on weds. I then advised them I just wanted a refund and I will not be doing anything with a company that does this. If there was a way to give no stars that is what I would give this place and I would advise no one to ever take there dogs there and find another place to go

I've only been here for Barn Hunt trials but the facility is clean and the members are friendly. If I lived closer i would take my dog their for classes or try to become a member.

We've been taking our dogs here for years and love it. Have taken 5+ classes and always left satisfied. Such a great environment with amazing teachers and my dogs always look forward to going to class.

Such a great group of people. I just finished my second 8-week course here and I am so happy with the results. The trainers and owners that I met here were all super friendly and helpful. I adopted my dog and he would have been what a shelter considered special needs and after 16 weeks of near consecutive training with him you may have never known his past. So happy to have the support for him I got from everyone I met here.
