We've been bringing our Springer Clyde here since he was a pup. The staff is great and very accommodating to our needs and any conflicts. Their communication with us if anything happens is a priority and is very appreciated. In most cases sharing Clyde's latest, 'OMG he did not', moment and they just laugh it off with me, no judgement. I can't thank this staff enough for what they do and Clyde is always happy when he leaves.
We only need nail trimming for our dogs, and because they are walked regularly outdoors, we don't need this service often. We don't use the grooming service, daycare or classes. Adam and his staff do not discriminate against us for this. We get amazing , very caring help whether we are there often, or not!!!!!
Great service as always. It's a great service for them to track the bags of food for the buy so many get the next free and their loyalty points too
