Keith, Your review is quite disappointing to read. And not really sure why you would state that we were unfriendly on Teenie's exit. When it was only your wife and grandson to come get Teenie and take her home. The lack of excitement that you stated when picking up was not there would be due to the fact that a 13 year old sweet little Chihuahua was leaving us who we all fell in love with after only 3 days with us.. She enjoyed her play time in the yards, and her stay in her comfy suite that you were not charged for because our staff wanted to her to fell secure and comfy in an environment for a first time boarder with us at her age. Everyone took turns holding and cuddling Teenie the whole time she was with us. She ate all of her food everyday; Teenie was extremely happy during her entire stay. And your wife when picking up, thanked us for taking good care of her. As always, we strive to keep all furkids, happy and healthy during their stay with us. And we will always strive to continue to provide a safe and happy environment for all furbabies in our care so that owners will have peace of mind.
