Coach Krasno Dog Training is the BEST! I have been using Coach Krasno Dog Training for years. I have used both their training and doggie day care services. I love how passionate Janet is about working with animals. She is professional, knowledgeable and continually researching and studying to equip herself with the most up to date, science backed information. I also love her positive reinforcement approach. Coach Krasno is the only person I trust to care for and train my animals. I cannot recommend her enough.

We initially worked with Janet about 5 years ago when we got our current dog from Ventura County Animal Services Simi Valley Shelter. She had come highly recommended to us. We wanted some help easing the transition of Milo to our home. We had several sessions withJanet and she was so helpful to us. Since then we have boarded Milo with her while we had to go out of town for a night and have used her "doggie day-camp". We are comfortable leaving Milo with Janet as he's very comfortable with her.

I reached out to Janet because I recently adopted a puppy from the shelter. She was very quick to respond and offered a lot of resources to work with before even meeting me or my new puppy. Unfortunately, my puppy was sickly, and it took months to get him well enough to even consider training. Janet was very kind during this time, she did not pressure me or rush me. Once my puppy was well, I initiated our first session. She gave me the option to meet at my house or somewhere else. I have a senior (not well mannered) dog at home. And was weary about having Janet over. But Janet was able to settle both of my dogs down quickly. Janet went over various resources and training opportunities with us while letting my dogs get used to her presence. After a short while they were willing to take treats from her. Even though this was for my puppy she would occasionally treat my senior for being a good dog as well. Which was very kind. By the end of the session, I was confident about my puppy’s abilities and was surprised at how quickly he was able to pick up new commands. Overall the experience was much better than I expected.
