Oliva Lamadrid and Erick Innis thank you a million times ! I’m not even quite sure where to start when you feel like you’ve been blessed with such incredible people. I’ll start off with saying I’m a firm believer in divine order. I’m a believer that we’re all put on this earth with certain gifts that makes us different from the rest. A true testament to hard work and dedication is undeniable and that’s what I received at Coastline K9. My son Ra “ Big Man “ is a Xoloitzcuintli also known as a “ Mexican Hairless Dog”. His breed is one of the purest breeds to date and considered to be a primitive breed. Even though I consider him my son I know that he is destined to do so much more than I have the capacity to give and that’s where the incredible duo Erick ( the owner) and Olivia The great come into play. They have loved on my son like their own and gave him the beginning tools to open his mind to a new world of endless possibilities! Ra has completed one round of board and train … plus countless 1on1’s. Training truly never ends and to know there a team that is reliable and understanding is a blessing ! This isn’t a review of an ending this is only the beginning! If you’re taking the time to listen to me rant just know this is a no bs review and if you truly love your dog enough to want to give them the best life but not sure how to do that they are the team for you. I could sit here and wow you with big words and great analogies but I won’t. lol Most of us live hectic lives but still want to find ways to have our amazing fur/ hairless babies but not sure on how to navigate it …you found people that literally take this down to a science because it’s their passion and they want everyone to succeed in their own way ! Our goal with Ra is for him to be the best service dog and as his mom I will not fail him because I have Coastline K9. Thank you Olivia and Erick for guiding me and truly treating my son the best. He for sure loves being there with you all !

We have had the pleasure of utilizing the board and train program at Coastline K9 in Naples, Florida for three of our dogs, each of whom had various behavioral issues. The results have been nothing short of remarkable. The progress our dogs have made is a testament to the expertise and dedication of the staff. The program not only addresses the immediate behavioral concerns but also instills a lasting positive change in our dogs’ thinking. It’s truly a “boot camp” that provides the essential structure and training our dogs needed. The transformation in our dogs has greatly improved their quality of life, and ours as well. A significant aspect of our success has been the weekly training sessions we participated in with each dog. The staff took extraordinary care of our dogs, which is especially important for our three standard Xoloitzcuintles, who require constant attention to their skin and grooming needs. The dedication and care shown by Coastline K9 are unmatched. The experience has been worth every penny, and we feel we have gained a family in the process. We took 2 of our Giant Schnauzers, Sadie & Ollie, for the 4 week board & train. The Coastline staff did an amazing job with basic obedience training. We are excited to continue the training with the guidance of the staff. We highly recommend Coastline K9 for the professional facilities, amazing staff and incredible results. We cannot say enough about Evina and Coastline K9. From the start, everyone we were in contact with was professional and compassionate about our situation with our reactive 4.5-year-old German Shepherd. They spent over an hour with us at our initial meeting, listening to our concerns and explaining how the dog thinks and sees the world. Every trainer we met with knew and understood our situation and our desire to help our dog. Evina was our trainer, and all we can say is WOW! She built trust with our dog, instilled confidence in him, and set him on a path to navigate the world successfully. They sent videos every other day so that we could watch his progress. Having access to these videos weeks after his graduation has been extremely helpful as we continue to work with him at home. We spent about four hours with Evina the day we picked him up. The first hour and a half was spent with Evina educating us. Then, we were reunited with our dog, which was a happy moment for us all. We spent some time learning the techniques we had seen on video at the facility. After that, we went out in public to encounter other dogs and people and do all the activities our dog would react to. The time and attention spent with experienced, caring trainers have helped our dog, and the tools they gave us have helped us understand him and continue his training successfully.
