Cognitive K9 Dog Training

I was referred to this trainer and was really excited to work with her. While she was polite and professional whenever we spoke, her responsiveness was highly disappointing. I had to follow up multiple (four) times just to try and schedule our first session. Eventually, she stopped responding completely. As a prospective customer, it is frustrating to feel like you have to chase a business owner just to get on their calendar. I understand life gets busy, but after a full month of silence, I have given up and cannot recommend her. I assume she is a good trainer, but her business practices need improvement.

Dayna did an amazing job with our sweet Penny. She really enjoys what she does and it shows with the unbelievable results. I just can’t believe how much better our dog listens to commands, controls her Mr self and plays with our grandkids. She is so pleasant with company and we all enjoy our walks now. I would recommend Dayna to anyone as she has really improved our day to day life with our sweet Penny.
