They do dog training for obedience mostly. They don't breed dogs or train for protection. You need to find a reputable German Shepherd breeder and find out about police training for dogs. The training you're referring to is about $5,000.00

Megan St Jean is an amazing instructor for the Cold Nose Chill! program. Megan is patient, relatable, kind and so smart with the dogs in the class (and the humans). My dog, Cinema, learned so much throughout the Chil! weeks in training and we will continue to practice what she taught on a daily. I would highly recommend this safe space to help your dog cope with its feelings and learn new behaviors/ positive reactions!
Currently in training for: leash reactivity. So far it's been good. The trainer was nice, knowledgeable and friendly. This was class 2 of 6. Will update as we attend classes.
Tried for 3 weeks to schedule appointments with them. We were proposed available private training session times and dates. Each time these slots were filled when Megan responded 3-4 days later. Time is of the essence with a new puppy’s training and they are not afraid to string you along.
Going on our fourth week of training with our pup and our very happy with the training and results thus far!
