I'd give a negative 5 star do NOT bring your dog here !! I took my puppy she's a dobey he kept her over a month that he had originally said for basic leash training and commands she got home skin and bones and was terrified if we got to close to her too fast she'd pee herself and make herself into a little ball she was completely potty trained and kennel trained after she came back from him she would poo and pee in her crate and anywhere inside she came back worse then how she went in, he took much longer in returning her because she was so skinny and because she didn't learn anything there besides fear he's the worst do not allow this animal to destroy your pup

I have had the pleasure of having vince train my dog and, and me sometimes haha . My German shepherd and i were a working team and she had a good career. The company i worked with shut down so i wasn't able to take her to work with me anymore, but i found vince and his school through a mutual friend and trainer. So that was about 5years ago and she is fully retired now, but a new pup is in the future and i can't wait to have vince train us, because he is the only trainer i trust with my dogs and I will recommend him to anyone looking for expert knowledge and to breakdown the training to the owners so they know what the dog is learning too.

If I could leave 0stars I would. It took me a while to actually write a review after using this service. Maininly because I felt the reason my pup was in such bad condition is partially my fault for trusting his establishment. When you walk in, you notice the place to be like a Gym locker room, apperence doesnt phase me much so I didn't care, but when I asked to see where the dogs stay, that should of been my first clue NOT to bring my dog here, but heat, it's only $1200.... NOT. You walk into the first room where Vince has 10-20 large kennels where dogs are locked up (not all full) And then proceed to go to the back yard where another 15-20 dogs stay in large OUTSIDE kennels. Mind you there are ONLY 2 trainers for 15-20 dogs. How much learning and personal training time could a dog possibly get in 4 weeks with 2 trainers and extensive amount of clients. They don't. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY FIRST SIGN NOT TO BRING MY DOG HERE! After I ignorantly dropped off I was a bit worries, but Vince assured me he could handle my dog, and I trusted that. Fast forward 4 weeks (how long the program was) I had to be the one to call Vince and ask how everything Is going. It took a few time and he ended up returning my call the next day. "He's doing fine, we are really working hard but he needs more time" I thought "okay, they must be really working with him" I was defiantly wrong. Fast forward THREE MORE WEEKS to where I have to call Vince he didn't call me, to hear "I meant to call you a few days back and forgot, he should be ready to go in 3 days" I thought "okay" and waited until Friday to pick him up. Getting excited I went on Friday to pick up my pup, when I arrived. Vince seemed very very nervous. He took a few minuets and gave me excuses as to why he didn't do very well, and also explains he has CUTS all over him. THERE WAS CUTS EVERYWHERE! On his tail, on his nose, on his paws on his legs. Vince blamed it all on him. Saying he was jumping at the cage and barking at other dogs through the crate and that's why he has 5-10 wounds on him? If dogs are getting hurt in the kennels at the establishment, it's not their fault, it's VINCE' fault for not having a anxiety safe kennels. Last but not least, my pup had lost 9LBS being in this establishment for 7 weeks. His SPINE was showing, his RIBS wet showing. And he had lost ALL. His muscle, just in 7weeks. Not only was he beat up and skinny, but he also only knew how to walk on a leash correctly witch I taugh him before he attended the school. My dog learned NOTHING FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. DONT BRING YOUR DOG HERE. There are not enough trainers for a board and train. These guys will not take care of your dogs the way you would! Stay away and spend the $1200 towards a $2500-$4000 service. It will be extremely worth it.
