We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a particular pairing might not work out as anticipated. We appreciate your feedback about the first dog you received, and we were more than willing to assist by providing a second dog. It’s important to note that we offered extensive training sessions to help integrate the new dog into your home and lifestyle, this offer was not utilized and instead an outside training company was brought in. Unfortunately, without consistent follow-through with the trainer provided on the scheduled training, it can be challenging for any service dog to fully adapt and meet your needs. We would also like to address the concerns with the dog having aggressive/dangerous behaviors, this was not voiced to us during our discussions regarding the dog and the reasoning for returning had been voiced to us as the dog was overexcited and unable to calm to the degree needed for your disability, the dog has not displayed these behaviors since his return. Regarding your concern for vaccinations, our records indicate that the dog you received had all necessary vaccinations. We provided you with the vaccination records upon your request via message. We apologize if there was any confusion regarding these records. The sores you mentioned were carefully examined upon the dog's return. Our veterinary team determined that these sores were consistent with those occasionally caused by kenneling, and not indicative of any underlying health issues or neglect prior to the dogs placement in your home as well as the dogs photos the day prior to placement do not reflect these. We take the health and well-being of our animals very seriously and we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of care. In response to your concerns about the dog's well-being after his return, we want to assure you that he is in excellent hands. Our team of professional trainers is dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for all our dogs. The dog you returned is currently thriving and progressing wonderfully in our training program. His health and happiness are our top priorities, and we take great pride in the care we provide. As per our policy, refunds are not applicable for services rendered and completed in the past. Regarding your claims of neglect, we must respectfully disagree. We requested veterinary records to better understand any potential health issues that could have impacted your pet's behavior, but we never received the necessary documentation, as well as our photo and video records of the pet during their time with us do not reflect the concerns voiced. Our primary goal is always the well-being and success of the pets we work with, and we strive to address any concerns promptly and professionally.
