Come Sit Stay Pet Resorts

My dog was enrolled in the 3 week resident training program with Jaime, at Come Sit Stay in Littleton. My 14 month old dog Ursula, is a reactive, playful, and high energy dog that needed help with her boundaries around other dogs, and regulating her behavior around pets and people. After working with Jaime, the improvement has been incredible. She is not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive and patient. Jaime kept in touch with me throughout the 3 weeks and provided me with practical and actionable tools that have helped me work with Ursula at home and in the neighborhood. Ursula did fantastic in her 3 weeks of training with Jaime! She mastered obedience, leash manners, impulse control, and learned how to understand boundaries with other dogs.

I called Come Sit Stay in Littleton to ask about boarding my dogs and learned they do not accept dogs over 10 years old. One of my dogs is 11 so that ended the conversation pretty quickly. Although I later saw this policy on their website, the customer service on the phone was notably cold and dismissive. When I asked for a little more information, I was met with a blunt “that’s our policy” attitude and no effort to be even remotely helpful. Businesses are entitled to their policies but how they speak to potential customers still matters. I had been hoping to move my business to a closer local facility but after this experience I will gladly continue taking my dogs to Bergen Bark Inn in Evergreen. The customer service and care my 8 and 11-year old dogs receive there is always above and beyond. Based on the interaction with Come Sit Stay Littleton, I won't be using or recommending this business.
