We’re genuinely sorry that this class was not the right fit for you or your dog.<br><br>Our goal is always to support both dogs and handlers in a way that builds skills, confidence, and a positive learning relationship. While we use positive reinforcement–based methods, we recognize that dogs respond differently to group environments, pacing, and structure, especially when they are feeling overwhelmed or stressed. In some cases, a busy class setting may not be the best starting point for every dog, and we regret that this was not identified clearly enough at the outset.<br><br>We want to address that we do not teach dominance-based training. Any guidance related to handling or interrupting unwanted behavior is intended for safety and management, not intimidation or force. That said, perception and experience matter, and it’s clear that our approach did not feel supportive or effective for you or your dog. For that, we sincerely apologize.<br><br>We are also sorry that you felt unheard regarding your goals and communication. That is never our intention, and we understand how frustrating that must have felt.<br><br>We appreciate your acknowledgment that our team is well-intentioned, and we truly wish this experience had been a more positive one.
