Complete K9

Toney, the owner, did not follow his policy when I was arrested. I clearly stated I wanted a family member on the paperwork in case of an emergency and I couldn't take care of the service dog. Toney bypassed this, washed me out of the program, and gave the service dog to a thief and liar who not only took my service dog but took everything I owned out of my house and refused to return it. I completely understand my irresponsible behavior which led to me getting arrested. That does not waive the fact that the policy in place was not followed.

Complete K9 has undoubtedly been a game-changer for our family and our beloved Cane Corso, Dexter. Before enrolling Dexter in their training program, we faced numerous challenges with his behavior, including reactivity towards other dogs, counter-surfing, and a lack of obedience skills like heeling. However, after just two weeks of training with Complete K9, the transformation in Dexter has been nothing short of remarkable. One of the most significant improvements has been Dexter's reactivity towards other dogs during walks. Prior to training, it was nearly impossible to take Dexter on walks safely due to his reactive behavior. Thanks to the expertise of the Complete K9 team, Dexter now listens attentively to our commands and walks calmly by our side, making our outdoor adventures enjoyable and stress-free. The personalized attention and dedication of the trainers at Complete K9 truly set them apart. Despite not having the opportunity to address some of Dexter's specific challenges during his initial training, they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. When we mentioned Dexter's struggle with recalling off-leash in the backyard, they promptly arranged a private lesson to address this issue, demonstrating their commitment to ensuring Dexter's success even after the training program had concluded. During our private lesson, the trainers demonstrated how to effectively and painlessly use an e-collar to reinforce Dexter's training, allowing us to spend a week at the farm with Dexter off-leash—a feat we never thought possible. This newfound freedom has truly changed our lives for the better, thanks to the invaluable skills given to us by the Complete K9 team. Throughout Dexter's training journey, the communication and support from the Complete K9 team have been exceptional. They were always responsive to our questions and concerns, providing updates, photos, and videos of Dexter's progress whenever requested. Their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction and Dexter's success did not go unnoticed. The thorough training session provided to us as owners when we picked Dexter up was amazing. Spending an hour with the trainers to learn how to manage Dexter effectively reinforced the skills he had acquired and empowered us to continue his training at home. Most importantly, it was evident that Dexter formed a strong bond with his trainers at Complete K9, making his training experience both effective and enjoyable. We are incredibly grateful for the positive impact Complete K9 has had on Dexter's behavior and our family dynamic. We can’t recommend them enough to those needing help training their dogs - especially highly reactive dogs like ours.

I highly recommend Toney and staff! I had an out of control German shepherd puppy, and after the 2 week board and train she has calmed down, she is confident and independent and listens to all commands! The true test is when she got to see her nana. She loves her nana and always jumps on her and knocks her down! She seen her, waited like she was told and did not jump! I was completely shocked! I am so thankful for Toney, Tori and Gage and the rest of the staff! Wow! If I could give 10 stars ⭐️ I would! Thank you again guys!!!!
