Eileen Koval is an applied animal behaviorist and IAABC certified dog behavior consultant (CDBC) in the state of NV. She offers private behavior consultations, training, and emotional & behavioral modification primarily for dogs, but also cats/birds/horses for issues like aggression, fear, anxiety, guarding, noise phobias, repetitive behaviors, chewing, separation issues, destruction, and private training for obedience/manners. She also offer agility group classes snake avoidance training. Training is designed around developing a pet who is motivated and wants to work with their human, and enhancing human understanding and communication with their pet. I was very skeptical about using a "CANINE BEHAVIORIST" to help my 3year-old, 115lbs Rottweiler. He was wanting to absolutely MURDER anyone that came around us. But, at the recommendation from our VET, we gave Eileen a try. With a quick 2 hour call, we were on our way to getting our dog back to a "puppy" that we were able to take out to a VERY active park and have it be pleasant. We have since moved onto IN-PERSON sessions and the difference in behavior is hard to believe. Everything the Eileen told us was wrong and what was setting him off, JUST MADE SENSE. It helped US to adjust to what made the dog hard to handle. Can't say enough good things about Eileen. Thank you!

I have been working with Eileen on helping my puppy overcome anxiety and fear issues. Right away you can tell she truly loves dogs and has a passion for her work. She uses only positive training methods, which I’m happy about. Over the weeks we have been meeting, she’s given me a lot of advice and activities/commands to help my pup overcome stressful situations, focus more on me, and become more confident. This is still an ongoing process, but I really appreciate and recommend Eileen to work with your dog.

She is very thorough and professional, extremely knowledgable, and respected throughout the community. The person that recommended her to us in the community is so respected by us, so we knew we were on the right road, but now after working with her, we are sure of it. And her contacts throughout the canine community are helping us as well.
She is very respectful and kind, despite our shortcomings and mistakes we've made with him before being fortunate enough to have her help come into our life, and we're grateful for that too.
