Our 13-month-old Golden Retriever, Teddy, is a normal, energetic, sweet boy; however, before training with Corinne, our patience and praise didn't stop his "let's play" biting, jumping on everyone (in excitement), pulling his leash on walks, and lunging at other dogs (in excitement). The final straw was when he lunged at our neighbor's dog while on a walk in November. He sent me flying and I landed on my head. It was bloody and painful, but thankfully nothing more serious. We finally agreed to look into immersive training after the holidays, especially since he was newly refusing to come inside after going out. 🫨 At times it took 45 minutes to get him in. 🤯 After reviewing several training programs in the area, Corinne's resonated with us the most. We spoke, met, and enrolled. Before we knew it, we were dropping off Teddy for 3 weeks! When he came home, he was a focused, well-behaved boy. Corinne patiently explained what Teddy needed, then showed us the training to continue for him. She follows up with us and is always available for questions. We have changed our approach with Teddy because we now understand what he needs. Corinne successfully reset Teddy, now it's up to us (with her support). We don't expect a perfect road forward because we know he will test us and want to fall back to old habits, etc., but things are 90% easier since his reset. Corrine is nothing short of a miracle worker! I'm blown away by her expertise and patience. My rambunctious (demon) puppy went from pulling on the leash to strolling like a pro. Corrine is great at psychoanalyzing dogs. She tailored her training to my dog's unique needs and personality, and the results are incredible. I was originally nervous about doing a board and train, I’ve heard horror stories and I didn’t want my dog to become traumatized by the experience. Especially, with her being a rescue and not having a great start at life (she is a very sensitive dog). That being said, I was still getting to the end of my rope with her. My dogs behavior was getting worse and I couldn’t control her. After 4 weeks I now have a reliable communication tool to use with my dog and walks are so much more enjoyable! Highly recommend Corrine to anyone struggling with their pup's behavior. Best money I ever spent.

Full transparency, I have not actually hired Corrine. What I did was have a very long conversation with her about a dog in my care. Corrine is emotionally intelligent, thoughtful, passionate, smart, easy to talk to and so non-judgmental. We talked at length about the needs of a dog in my care and whether the dogs needs can be met by my family. Corrine's thoughtful advice, passion for giving people their power, and genuine love of dogs has helped me chart the right course for the animal and my family. I have a Doberman who, for lack of a better word, was a terrorist. He was a sweet dog but couldn’t sit still without getting into trouble. He eventually learned the basics like sit and shake but couldn’t be left alone or trusted to not get into trouble. He was impossible to walk on the leash and definitely wouldn’t stay in place. We had a communication problem and we just couldn’t click. Corinne had Jet for three weeks and in that three weeks a huge transformation took place. She taught me and provided me with the tools that allowed Jet and I to communicate. Don’t get me wrong he’s still himself but I now have to tools to communicate. Since our training with Corrine and our daily work Jet has earned AKCG Advanced titles and has become the Therapy Dog to a Police Department. Jet is a 100lb Doberman that will melt your heart and will do anything you ask. Corrine helped me set that foundation and I couldn’t be more thankful. Jet is now a valued member of society and an asset to his family.
