I dropped off my 10 month old overly excitable poodle and was returned a calm poodle eager to please and to follow commands . We were amazed and pleased at the change we saw in her . We feel like we now have the tools we need to make her a dog everyone can enjoy. She would excitedly jump relentlessly on grandchildren and adults . We now redirect her as we incorporate the right commands to address each situation. But so far we have already curbed several unwanted behaviors (barking, jumping, snatching things she shouldn’t have , etc). Lisa has made herself available for questions as well as sending helpful videos. She brings her vast expertise and experience to curbing or encouraging behavior, and instilling a sense calmness as she connects with the dogs in helping them to understand what is wanted and expected with positive reinforcement. Couldn’t recommend Lisa and this program more .
