I can't say enough great things about Aly and Classic Canines. We got our golden retriever Ranger from Aly in 2020 and he is the absolute best dog on the planet. Everyone who meets him raves about how well behaved he is and we always tell them that his temperament has been like this since the day we got him from Aly. She instilled a base level of training in him as a puppy that has stuck with him and he was socialized perfectly so we've never had to worry about him around other dogs or people. I'll always smile thinking about how shocked everyone was when we first brought him home and he would sit perfectly waiting for attention as a 12 week old puppy rather than jump or bark! Aly has also always been available for questions and resources since we brought Ranger home; she truly cares about dogs and she is an incredible person. Ranger was born at Classic Canines (him mom is Aly's dog Ari) and Aly hand-selected Ranger for us based on our family's dynamics and Ranger's initial temperament. To this day he is still exactly how she described him to us when he was 8 weeks old! Independent, sarcastic, hilarious, medium energy level, and the sweetest boy. Aly really knows what she's doing and I rave about her to everyone. We are so lucky to have Ranger and can't imagine our lives without him.

We absolutely LOVE Classic Canines. Aly's the best of the best, and has done wonders with our puppy Teddy! She wants you and your dog to succeed together and the individual take home training manual she creates for you after training is detailed, personalized, and super helpful. She also follows up with you after your dogs board and training and answers any questions you may have and does follow up training sessions. We're so grateful we were put in touch with Aly!

We’re thankful for Aly. Talking to her for a consult was so good. She was so insightful and I knew that a dog *behavioralist* was the right fit for the needs of our puppy, Panda. She reset him from his panic attacks when he came to his new environment. Trained him. And helped him settle so that he could be the cuddler we got him to be and needed for our family. Panda now cuddles with us and our kids. Sits by us in movies. And is so smart that when we put in the effort he learns quickly and wants to please us. Aly set him up to be trainable. I’m not sure we could have gotten over that jump without Aly’s training. Or at least it would have taken 10x more effort and time for us. She got him in the compliance mode, so that he was ready to work when we put the time in. Panda still tries to test limits, because he’s so smart. The transition to home a after Board and Train took some time as he wasn’t sure we knew what we were doing, would be consistent, and as he tested us with his smart, sneaky ways. But we are all settling in now as him as the bottom of the rank and us as the alphas. And he is happy there, where he should be. A happy puppy that knows his boundaries and feels secure there. That life is more predictable and safe. We’re so thankful for Aly’s reset. We still had work to do ourselves as we learned to communicate with him. But Aly helps us do our part. And always wants to help even after she has received the paycheck. Which is a true test of a good business owner and professional. So happy to be enjoying our puppy now and bonding finally! Before training I loved him, but didn’t know if I would ever like him. Now we’re getting through all of that and he is such a beautiful, learning part of our family. And we are learning too. I got my dog, Sophie, as a level 1 trained puppy from Aly at Classic Canines two years ago. I have since taken my dog back to complete 2 more levels of training with the Classic Canines team. Their program is awesome. They don’t only train the dog, but they teach the owner. What good is training if I don’t know how to support it when at home? Aly followed up and even came to my home to watch me interact with and train my dog. The methods are calm, loving and patient. Every single dog that I have ever interacted with at their facility has been sweet and loving. Aly was meant to do this job. Because CC also trains service animals, part of my dog’s training was to go out into the community and learn how to behave at public events, like soccer games, off leash, as a puppy. Classic Canines also offers boarding facilities, which are beautiful. I know when I board there that my dog will be well cared for and likely go on nature hikes, while also reinforcing her trained behaviors. I am about to get a second puppy from Classic Canines because I know that he will be a well bred dog with some great basic training before he even comes home. I cannot say enough amazing things about the Classic Canines team. Aly and her staff are extremely good at what they do. I highly recommend them.
