We are sorry to hear that you feel this way after immediate efforts were taken to address this issue over a year ago. Unfortunately, since it has been over a year since this incident, many key facts were left out of your review. Owner, Natalie, listened to your concerns over the course of a 1.5 hour phone call immediately upon finding out your concern. A partial refund for services not completed due to client request to terminate training was made even though our contract that was signed by you stated that no refunds upon termination of training or rehoming would be given. A clear understanding by you as a result of your signature on our agreement form was made prior to training even starting. Owner, Natalie apologized for the staff communication regarding your concern & trainers were notified of your concern and were promptly counseled regarding your concern topic. Owner assumed full responsibility for all actions & communication & did not try to avoid the issue. Unfortunately, Copilot Academy cannot be held responsible for the results made by clients outside of the training sessions. Each client is responsible for building a bond & trust with their dog through consistently following through with information given. Our staff has had extensive training through the largest dog training school in the nation, Starmark Academy for Dog Trainers. In addition staff is trained through the 5-8 month long trainee program offered before being able to take on clients under close supervision. In addition, staff attends seminars & extended education functions to keep up to date with the most effective & balanced techniques that offer fair, fingertip redirection. We have had 7 years of 5 star reviews organically made from clients on their own accord. We are sorry you feel like reviews are bribery based. Your statement regarding that all of our reviews are generated as a result of contests & promotional offers simply isn't accurate.
