Margaret has helped us with Toby’s reactivity, confidence building, and has taught us manageable tools to continue to help Toby as he navigates the world. She helped us learn how to advocate for Toby at the vet, helped us understand his body language, and provided amazing follow ups after each session that kept us on track until our next meeting. We are not only grateful for how much Margaret has helped us in building a stronger relationship with Toby, but also are truly amazed by the results we saw not only after our first session, but now after 5 sessions! Working with Cailin was the best decision we made for our adopted black lab/hound mix. Following in-person obedience training, her in-home training approach gave us the tools to help tackle anxiety issues that were making our pup uncomfortable in his new home when guests were visiting. The techniques were gentle, positive, and easy to implement. Thanks to Cailin, our anxious pup is well on his way to be a confident, relaxed member of our family.
We did private training lessons with our dog to work on her reactivity with other dogs. We had a fantastic experience with Ronnie, one of the trainers. Ronnie was such a great teacher and was so sweet with our dog. And the emailed recaps were super helpful. After the sessions, our dog is much more comfortable with passing other dogs on walks and it’s making our daily walks less stressful.
