Couldn’t be more pleased with the training I received from Copperwood Kennels. The facility is top notch, very clean and organized. Matt is a great trainer who runs a tight ship and is willing to answer any questions you have about your dog. I will definitely recommend Copperwood Kennels to anyone looking for a great trainer.

CopperWood Kennels, Man where to start. Matt runs a tight ship around his gun dog program. I would 100% recommend anyone with a dog to call Matt up and get the details on how his program works. My dog Gunner, is my first bird dog. He went through Matt's basic gun dog training. Gunner returned a very obedient, disciplined, and bird happy dog. I will never take my dog to anyone else. Matt has not only helped Gunner but has also helped me personally with questions I have had with continuing Gunner's level of training. One thing I can tell you is your not just another dog owner to Matt. I truly believe he takes pride and 100% accountability in the dogs he stamps with Copperwood Kennels name on it. Thanks again for everything a look forward to sending Gunner back for more training. -Tyler
Matt is the best dog trainer around. He has trained a few of my duck dogs now and we’ll be bringing the next one when he’s ready. He breeds awesome litters, all the puppies are very active and birdy. If you’re looking for a great duck dog or dog training, I encourage you to give Matt a call.
