FirstBarkBest money we have ever spent!! We keep saying our dog Chief is a whole new man. Ruby was patient and clear during lessons, with both Chief and myself. She was available for questions/support in-between lessons. Chief is now less anxious and more obedient. I don’t worry about taking him out in public or around other dogs.

When we first took Mojave to work with Ruby, we had to put a muzzle on her. After 3 years since we got her from Rescue Rovers she had become increasingly fearful of people and other dogs, had started rushing and snarling at people, attacking other dogs, and it seemed as if it would only be a matter of time before some inexcusable incident was going to occur. While still not perfect, which of us is, we can see our gentle giant again for the first time in months. We have hope again.
