booked the 3-week board-and-train program with Kaitlin based on the many high reviews, but unfortunately it didn’t meet expectations. My dog came back more anxious and reactive than before, and even started barking in his crate — something he’d never done prior to training. I DID keep up with the training and reached out several times for help; and while they replied by text, the email response felt defensive and very dismissive. I did my part, but there was no accountability or clear reason why he came back worse. The “lifetime classes” were also misleading — basically you get once a year, assuming they aren't on vacation again. Honestly, for MY experience, it isn’t worth the money, and while maybe it just didn’t work for MY dog, I personally would not recommend this program.
