Hi Juliana, Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. First and foremost, we want to sincerely apologize. You absolutely should have been notified about Lady’s injury, and the fact that you weren’t is not in line with the level of care and communication we hold ourselves to. We’re taking this very seriously and will be addressing it directly with our team to ensure this doesn’t happen again. After reviewing all of our camera footage, we’ve determined that Lady’s injury appears to be “kennel nose”—a common and typically minor occurrence in boarding settings caused by dogs rubbing their noses on kennel doors. This is something we address in our boarding agreement so that pet parents are aware. We also want to clarify our pricing structure: we charge a base boarding fee, and from there, pet parents select custom activity packages to best suit their dog’s individual needs. That way, every dog gets the personalized experience they deserve. That said, we’re truly sorry for the lack of clear communication around both the injury and our pricing, and we understand how that created confusion.
