We have been so pleased and impressed with our experience at Courteous K9! They came highly recommended by several other dog owners and I can see why. Professional and kind, well-organized and run. We have used their day training program and are currently taking their Foundations 1 class with an excitable bernedoodle. We have learned so much about how to train and what we have inadvertently reinforced. I am always amazed how calm the facility is when I bring in our pup. They also offer a report card (a few free, $10 for a book of 10 after that) which I find so helpful with hand-written notes from the day trainer. Highly recommended!
The whole team has been great with Otso! I’ve seen such a transformation from his Foundations 1 class and the day training program. It is clear they understand the unique needs of the Akita breed, which was important to me. A special shoutout to Erin, who has been incredibly helpful with his progress. I can tell Otso genuinely enjoys going every time!

Erin provides thoughtful updates throughout the process and communicates clearly about what they’re working on each day. We’ve especially noticed big improvements in Leo’s relaxation skills and overall behavior at home. We’re really grateful for the support and would absolutely recommend Courteous K9 to anyone looking for high-quality training.
We have attended the foundations one class for energetic corgi puppy Fionn. We have brought dogs to many different training classes in the past. This has been clearly the best. Very practical and effective owner instruction and puppy practice. Cannot really recommend too highly for dog training.
