FirstBarkMaxie stayed here for three days. It was my first time he stayed in Crafty Canine Club. He came home tried and supper happy. I really recommend their dog boarding. I received tons of videos and beautiful pictures while he was there. The good thing about it is Maxie was playing with other dogs and enjoying time while we were on vacation. I don’t know how to say thank you to this team .

Program details
This four class package Program teaches good manners to dogs and responsible dog ownership to their owners. The 10-step CGC test is a non-competitive test for all dogs, including purebreds and mixed breeds. It is a prerequisite for many therapy dog groups and some homeowner’s insurance companies and apartment complexes over discounts on pet rent if you have this certification. This class includes a free test and certification through the American Kennel Club!

This is a 2-week board and train program designed to help dogs that have trouble with obedience, impulse control, and reactivity. We use training sessions, activity logs, as well as fitness and sleep trackers to make sure they are well rested and well exercised! By the end of two weeks, you will go home with a well-behaved dog, a training log of their improvements, and a plan for their future! In this program we work on the following: loose leash walking, sit, down, recall, impulse control, jumping, counter-surfing, mouthing, nipping, and more!
This is a 3-week board and train program designed to help dogs that have trouble with aggression, social issues, and reactivity. Similar to our 2-week program, your dog will have daily training sessions, activity logs, as well as fitness and sleep trackers in order to monitor progress and make sure they are well rested and well exercised! The main difference for our 3-week program is that it gives us an extra week to help get to the root of the issues with aggression and social disorders. This time allows the dog to get comfortable in its new environment so that we can identify what is causing the unwanted behaviors. In this program we work on the following: aggression, food and/or resource guarding, separation anxiety, severe fear issues, reactivity on-leash, and everything else listed in our 14-day program!

Program details
This four class package is the next step for your dog after AKC Urban Canine. To earn the CGCA title, the dog must be registered or listed with AKC and have a Canine Good Citizen title on record. In AKC Community Canine, dogs can earn the CGCA (Advanced CGC) title. The goal of AKC Community Canine is to test the dog’s skills in a natural setting. For example, rather than the dog being tested in a ring, in AKC Community Canine, the “walks through a crowd” test item will involve the dog walking through a real crowd at a dog show, on a busy sidewalk, at a training club or in a local park. This class includes a free test and certification through the American Kennel Club!

We couldn't be more pleased with our training experience with Don. Our French bulldog Watson kept pulling the leash on walks, failed to listen to commands and lacked social skills with other dogs. My husband and I knew this eventually needed to change and decided to be more proactive instead of reactive with the training piece. And let me tell you - it's the best thing that's ever happened to our little family! We've had multiple training sessions with Don and took advantage of the daycare service while we're at work - the results are life changing. Watson has changed and has improved drastically! We're so grateful Don came into our lives and was able to give us the skills, knowledge and confidence we needed to be successful at training our dog. The best part is that he trains us, the owners, so we know how to properly handle our dog going forward. Don gives us constructive criticism and is so informative. What a blessing it was that we found Crafty Canine Club! Not only do I know my Pepper is in good hands (Don sends us pictures and video updates), but she also gets behavioral training while there. Don is passionate about what he does and it’s obvious he truly cares about the dogs. Don’s approach is positive and effective. It’s not an exaggeration to say we dropped off a bratty rambunctious Dane and after a week came back to pick up a well mannered girl. Don taught her boundaries which makes life a lot easier with a 100-lb dog. Thank you! The pups adore Don (as do we!) and are looking forward to many more stays with him! Needless to say, we highly recommend Crafty Canine Club to anyone looking for a safe, fun, and loving environment for their fur children while out vacation. P.S. Don also fosters and has helped us with our own foster dog with a history of guarding issues and lunging at strangers. Roxygirl loves Don and we have seen tremendous improvement with her demeanor.

My baby Storm is one of the most cared for dogs ever. It is hard for me to leave her anywhere with anyone. When i took the tour of the facility and the way she instantly felt comfortable put me and ease. Don was amazing with her and she came back home loving life. For a moment i felt that she wanted to stay. Storm is improving in all aspects of listening and following commands. She will be coming once a month or two. Thanks you so much.
The best place to board and I’m so happy we chose to put our lil corgi here! It was my first time boarding her, but she was in the best hands. Don and the team kept me updated daily with her stats, activity level and a ton of cute photos, so I knew she was enjoying herself. I have a feeling she will miss being with the Craft Canine team so she will most definitely be back very soon!
