Crate Escape training academy is the best! The trainers there are personable, knowledgeable on training and extremely passionate about what they do. From day 1 they took the time to get to know my dog Charlie and his challenges so they could best assist me and him. Charlie loved attending classes there and the trainers helped me advance my training with him. The part I enjoyed the most was the endless communication, they sent pictures and videos throughout his classes so I could see how he was progressing and continue his training at home. I would HIGHLY recommend!

We love Crate Escape Training Academy! Our pup needed a lot of refocusing on his energy, leash walking, and crate training. Not only did the team teach our dog how to achieve these goals, but they are also teaching us how to coexist with our pup and have the best possible relationship. The team has great communication with texts, pictures and videos and I know our dog is in the best hands. He absolutely loves them and it has drastically shown in his behavior. We can't wait to keep working with them!

Without Melissa and her team at Crate Escape Training Academy, I would not be able to walk my golden. They worked with him and me so that we understood how to take walks safely and obediently. I was told what my dog was doing and why it would help him and me. My dog is a better dog and I am a better dog owner thanks to Melissa and her staff. Highly recommend Crate Escape Training Academy.

My little Wheaten, Winston loves the Crate Escape training. He has gotten the attention he needs, he gets proper obedience and instruction from Melissa and her entire team. It is very apparent that they love dogs, they love what they do and as a dog owner, this is so key to knowing your loved pet is in good hands. I never feel embarrassed to ask questions or admit to the trainers that I have no idea what I'm doing, instead, they give encouragement and provide constructive feedback. It's been so good for my dog, who is 2 1/2 and he is thriving. Winston is in the enrichment program at Crate Escape too, and he's been going to one-off training (sign-up required) at the Charlestown facility. We enjoy it and I always walk away with some tips. Highly recommend this training academy -- do yourself and your loved pet a favor and try it out!
