Cannot recommend Craycraydogladay enough! If you are looking for any type of training/daycare or boarding this is the place to take your pup! You can see the detail and care she puts into her business because of the constant photo updates and videos I get of my dog! Kayleigh and her team are amazing! My pup is always so tired after a fun filled day of daycare and is always so excited to go! I've brought my dog to another daycare and she was taught so many bad habits there but since taking her here I have noticed a very positive change in my dog and she listens and is calmer at home.
You also can't beat her prices! She has the most affordable pricing and it's very worth the service!
If you are looking for a place to care for your pup like they are your own this is the facility to bring them!
The team really learns your dog personally and has tons of experience with dog care.
Kayleigh has been amazing to work with, she is always kind and honest when it comes to my dog! I've never had a better experience and highly recommend her services!

We paid for a four-week board-and-train program for our rescue dog, Nellie, and unfortunately the results fell far short of what we were led to expect.
One of the things we were told to expect during the program was regular communication, photos, and videos documenting Nellie's progress. During her entire four-week stay, we received only one video. When we asked about the lack of updates, there always seemed to be another excuse rather than a solution.
When we picked Nellie up, the primary skill we were shown was how to have her sit on a mat. We were told additional training steps would be taught to us later. This left us feeling that much of the actual training responsibility had been shifted back to us, despite paying for a professional board-and-train program.
Whenever concerns were raised about Nellie's progress, we were repeatedly told that she was "pushing boundaries." While we understand rescue dogs can be challenging and every dog learns differently, we felt there was very little accountability for the limited results we received.
The most disappointing moment came during a follow-up visit. I specifically asked to see Nellie demonstrate a sit-and-stay command. The trainer attempted the exercise multiple times and was unable to get Nellie to successfully perform it. Rather than discussing the issue or acknowledging our concerns, the leash was handed back to us and the trainer walked away. We found this response highly unprofessional and felt our concerns were being dismissed rather than addressed.
We appreciated receiving a discounted rate because we adopted a rescue dog supported by the organization. However, even at the discounted price, we expected much more from a four-week board-and-train program. Instead, we felt we received a dog with only a very basic level of training and were left to perform much of the foundational work ourselves.
No trainer can guarantee perfection, especially with rescue dogs. However, what customers deserve is honest communication, realistic expectations, accountability, and professionalism. Had we simply been told that Nellie was not progressing as hoped, we could have respected that honesty. Instead, we were left feeling that excuses were made rather than concerns being acknowledged.
Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this board-and-train program.

There’s not enough space to share all the reasons on how amazing Kayleigh and her team are! We had read the outstanding reviews and so decided to try boarding our 7 and 11 year old golden retriever and lab dogs. We were a little anxious as we are empty nesters and our dogs don’t spend a lot of time with other dogs and at our previous previous boarding prior to moving we had to do individual separate play time but we were blown away at how Kayleigh and her team quickly and positively integrated them in with the group, the fun pics and videos throughout, and how much they loved it and got along with all the others. Such a personalized experience too. Lambeau, our 7.5 year old golden retriever extended on for the 3week train/board. While he knew many of the basic commands he had significant anxiety and got overexcited with visitors and guests. Kayleigh is like the dog whisperer, goes above and beyond, and takes the time to really get to know your pet and work with them on their specific needs. She stays in contact throughout. The transformation in Lambeau has been unbelievable and my only regret is not finding her sooner. He is like a new dog. She also came to follow up at the house. She is so patient, so knowledgeable and really has made such a difference to us! Great affordable prices and perks for everything too! Best trainer and place we have ever taken them and will continue to use. Highly recommend! So grateful to her and her team!
