Creature Connections Behavior Alliance

The team at Creature Connections has done wonders for our rescue "Puffin". We were very lucky to have found them. They have helped him to become a more focused member of the family. They spend time understanding each dog's needs and work to ensure that the owners have the tools necessary to continue on the training at home. Their classes are very well organized with plenty of hands-on work. The train and play sessions are Puffin's favorite. The low dog to trainer ratio ensure that all the dogs are well supervised before, during and after the training sessions. The staff ensures that they review any work they've done during the day and are very accommodating to any requests or concerns. Before CCBA we had a reactive, anxious dog who had little socialization. Their attention to his needs and fear-free methods have done wonders. We now have a more confident, happy dog and the skills needed to understand him better and be more confident to apply what we have learned. Candie has assembled an amazing staff and I couldn't recommend them more.

Every dog is treated as an individual, and the training plans are completely tailored to each dog’s unique needs, personality, and goals. The level of care, patience, and dedication from the staff is unmatched. They are incredibly accommodating and always willing to go above and beyond to support both the dogs and their owners. You can tell this isn’t just a job for them — they genuinely care about every animal that walks through their doors. Candie is hands down one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met when it comes to dog behavior and training. Her expertise, compassion, and ability to connect with dogs is amazing to witness. The positive changes we’ve seen have been life changing.
